Deposit and Payment Disclaimer:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your invoice is required to secure your booking date and time. Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable if cancelled for short-notice bookings made less than ten days before the event.
The remaining balance is due ten business days before your event date. Suppose the total balance has been paid in advance.
In that case, a refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued, provided we receive a cancellation notice at least ten business days before the scheduled event date.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TC Productions captured the essence of our wedding perfectly - beyond what we could have expected or even asked for. The bar was set very high from our wedding website, and Thabang, Charles and the team continued to deliver on this right up until we received our photos and videos. I will admit that we are perfectionists and were quite pedantic throughout the whole process, but TC Productions took this in their stride and were the consummate professionals. As the father of the bride and the guy arranging the photographer, I was nervous as a mistake will haunt me for the rest of my life. Tc Productions was one of the best decisions I made, they were great and delivered an exceptional product. These guys were professional and the photos they took were of great quality. The cherry on top was the video of the wedding. They exceeded all expectations with a production that was topnotch. The TC productions team is simply AMAZING. We hit it off from the first meeting all the way through delivery and beyond. The team made us feel special whilst capturing everything that was important, funny, poignant and that marked the day as so special as it was. They are also hilarious people! Made us laugh, entertained us while capturing the best moments. Their talent is second to none, we had a 6 minute highlight which was delivered super fast and simply blew us away, and anyone else who watches it, gets blown away. Our longer edit is on its way to us and we can't wait to see it. From day one , our interaction with the team was professional, the team was so patient with us and took us through the entire process, the team did not only set expectations but exceeded them. Our online invitation set the tone for our wedding, our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The consistency of the team in all our 3 weddings was amazing to witness. How Much Does Photo Booth Rental Cost?
Photo Booth Rentals start at R2100, with pricing based on your specific needs and chosen package.
How does the photo booth rental work?
Select your Photo booth rental date, and time. We’ll confirm the details, and once your payment is confirmed, our onsite assistant will arrive on the event day. We will set up the booth an hour before the scheduled time, operate it during the event, and pack up afterward to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How Much Space Do I Need For The Photo Booth?
Our photo booths usually need an area ranging from 8×8 to 12×12. We also require 8 to 9 feet of overhead clearance.
How Much Power Does The Photo Booth Need?
A standard photo booth typically requires a standard power outlet 110V and at least ten amps to operate efficiently.
Does The Booth Include A Personalized Overlay?
Yes, our photo booth rental service often includes the option for a customized overlay to add a unique touch to your photos.
Can We Get Digital Copies Of The Photos?
All our Photo booth rentals include digital copies of the photos, which will be sent to you three days after the event.
Are Prints Included?
Yes, Physical printouts are available. However, you will need to select the printing option when making your booking.
We also have the digital option where your guests can get their photos digitally. Digital and printing may not work simultaneously, so please choose one.
Are Props Included?
Yes, props are typically included with our photo booth rental service to add fun and creativity to your photos.
How Do The Guests Receive Their Photos?
With all our Photo booth rental Options Guests can receive their photos either through Printing with the Printing Photo Booth option, where they get physical printouts, or through digital means with the Digital Photo Booth option, where photos are sent via text or email.
