With the excitement of the proposal behind you, it’s time to dive into the planning: booking vendors, choosing theme colors, selecting décor, finding the dress, and sending out invitations. It’s a lot — but you’re not alone. TC Productions is here to guide you every step of the way.

About two weeks before the big day, we schedule a final consultation either at our offices in Randburg or via teams meetings— usually over a great coffee or wine — to fine-tune the last essential details. Our goal is simple: to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly, allowing you to be fully present and enjoy every beautiful moment.

Arrival: Setting Up our Gear

We arrive one to two hours before the ceremony.

This gives us ample time to:

• Set up our equipment (photography, videography, drone if applicable)
• Walk through key photography and video spots (final check to ensure alignment) Only if we have never been to the venue.
• Meet with the wedding coordinator if necessary to confirm the timing
